Marra Forni’s Commercial rotating brick oven is engineered specifically to accommodate high-volume pizza making. It is the most versatile, durable, and easy-to-use commercial brick oven on the market. The revolving brick oven comes with a Marra touchscreen interface with programable settings to dial in your cooking temps, rotations, speed, directional controls, and auto on/off and could be used for far more than just pizza. In addition to the rotating deck, this rotary pizza oven is highly customizable with an additional Turbo Burner, Integral Exhaust System, Custom Tile Design, and many more. Wood, Coal, and/or Gas-fired options are available to meet the specific needs of any commercial restaurant oven.
Each oven is hand-made in the USA and built brick-by-brick using proprietary materials imported from Italy. The revolving deck features formulated porosity refractory bricks, able to sustain temperatures exceeding 950°F.

The MarraStone cooking surface offers the widest bandwidth of menu applications. Imported from the Naples region of Italy, this proprietary brick formulation is comprised of volcanic material, formulated to accept, retain, and give up heat as necessary.
Available in 4 configurations and can be vertically stacked up to four decks. The ELST allows additional cooking decks to be added as demand grows without taking additional floor space.
The independently controlled upper (ceiling) and lower (deck) thermostats provide sustainable precision cooking temperatures ranging from 200-950°F.
