Mitch Marcotte

Owner

Mitch Marcotte landed in the Foodservice Rep business straight out of college. What started as an internship turned into a career of 15 years specializing in equipment and supplies. He is an active member of the MAFSI organization. In 2015 he joined the leadership Board of Directors @ MAFSI.org. The trade association supporting reps across North America.

Mitch has created strong relationships with chain accounts in the region; ranging from supermarkets to QSRs.

Mitch spends his free time with his wife Michelle on the golf course and skiing. Mitch graduated from the University of MA Amherst in 2005.

Mitch founded Elevate Foodservice Group in October of 2020.

Maureen Carcione

Operations / Customer Support

Maureen Carcione has been in the foodservice industry for 15 years. Inside Sales and Project Management are her areas of expertise and she is always willing to go above and beyond for customers and factories alike. Maureen was born and raised in Medway, MA, and is proud to be the 5th generation of her family name in town. Along with 2 rescue pups at home, her 2 daughters with her husband Jeff make it an even 6th generation.

After college Maureen joined the foodservice industry and hasn’t looked back since. In her spare time, she loves to read, run 5K’s and explore new recipes to cook and bake with her family. When she’s not working you can always find her down the Cape at the beach.

Jamie Dwyer

Corporate Chef / End User Specialist

James “Jamie” Dwyer has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry.
Jamie has carved out a diverse career path that includes several different positions stemming from prep cook up to Chef/Owner. From Fine dining to Corporate feeding, he is well skilled in all areas of the industry.

Having been classically trained, but with the desire to experience many facets of the industry; served him well when transitioning into the Food Service equipment side of the business.

Discovering how new innovations can help those in the kitchen, as well as the people writing the checks; fuels a desire to teach these technologies to new customers. When not in kitchens talking about the latest in equipment innovation, Jamie is enjoying time with his very patient wife, and two fantastic girls. Jamie loves to spend time in and on the ocean, surfing, open water swimming, and fishing.
