Elevate Foodservice Group is excited to introduce our newest team member, Nick Truby, who joins us as our Culinary Director/Outside Sales expert. With an impressive industry background, Nick brings over two decades of experience and a passion for elevating the culinary experience.
With over twenty years of experience, he has traversed various roles, each contributing to his extensive knowledge and skills in the foodservice industry. Nick had a twelve-year tenure at Rational, wearing multiple hats, including Corporate Chef and Regional Sales Manager. This experience helped him understand the intricacies of culinary equipment and the art of building solid relationships with clients. Nick then served as the Director of Regional Combi Sales Development/Executive Chef for Blodgett Combi for two years, where he honed his expertise in combi ovens.
Most recently, Nick showcased his talents as a Culinary Application Specialist with Vulcan, further solidifying his reputation as a solutions-oriented, consultant and sales professional. Throughout his career, Nick has excelled in culinary sales and earned respect as a Corporate Executive Chef, with an extensive background in national trade show menu development, logistics, planning, and execution.
