Employee Spotlight: Tiffany Schmitt, Sales & Marketing Manager

At Elevate Foodservice Group, Tiffany Schmitt plays a dynamic role as Sales & Marketing Manager, where her days are anything but typical. From managing intricate marketing projects to handling post-shipment inquiries, every day presents something new. “A typical day can involve anything from demos and trainings to working trade shows when they’re scheduled,” she shares. Tiffany also oversees many of the internal operations within their system, ensuring seamless communication and success across the board.

When asked about the key skills that drive her success, Tiffany highlights attention to detail. “Every situation is different, and having an eye for potential outcomes is crucial,” she says. Her background as a Project Manager at a Direct Mail print house helped shape this skill. “I had to ensure things were mapped properly, review thousands of lines of data, and check press proofs to make sure the colors were spot on.”
