As a Regional Sales Manager, Chris’ day involves connecting with business owners, their teams, and answering their questions. “I often demo equipment for different foodservice sectors, including schools and traditional and non-traditional foodservice establishments,” Chris shares. He also works closely with dealer sales reps to increase Elevate’s exposure and position us as a solution center for both dealers and end users. “We’re here to solve problems and make their jobs easier,” he said.
Chris feels strongly that communication is key in the foodservice industry. “It’s important to pick up the phone and check in with people. Whether it’s an end user or a dealer, following up, asking the right questions, and being a good listener is crucial. It’s something I focus on every day,” he explained.
What three things should every commercial kitchen have? Chris replied, “Good quality knives, reliable refrigeration, and someone creative enough to keep the menu fresh.”
During his downtime, Chris and his family enjoy going to the Outer Banks every year to relax, unwind, and maybe play a round of golf. After a busy day at work, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughters saying, “family time is the best way to end the day.”
Chris’s dedication to his role and passion for solving problems for customers is a big part of what makes Elevate Foodservice Group a trusted partner. Contact Chris for any of your sales needs!
