A New Englander through and through, Jillian’s journey in food service began at a young age. Raised in a family where food and hospitality were central, she fondly recalls spending time in her grandmother’s pizza shop, where the smell of fresh dough and the joy of hands-on learning sparked her lifelong love for the industry. Over the years, her experience has expanded from working on an oyster farm to traveling internationally, visiting wineries in France, Spain, Austria, and Italy.

In 2012, Jillian achieved a significant milestone in her career by becoming a certified sommelier, further honing her expertise in beverage management. Her diverse experiences, from leading teams to curating exceptional guest experiences, make her a perfect fit for the EFSG team, where she will be responsible for overseeing sales and customer engagement in the southern region.
Jillian was drawn to Elevate Food Service Group because of its commitment to elevating people, products, and their stories. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys outdoor activities, including running and yoga, and has a deep appreciation for art and creativity. Her extensive background and passion for the food service industry make her a dynamic addition to the EFSG team.
