Elevate Food Service Group Welcomes Jillian Rocco as Regional Sales Manager, Southeast

Elevate Food Service Group (EFSG), a leader in providing innovative solutions to the food service industry, is thrilled to announce the addition of Jillian Rocco as Regional Sales Manager, Southeast, covering Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. With a lifelong passion for the hospitality industry and a career that spans from restaurant operations to multi-unit management, Jillian brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to EFSG.

A New Englander through and through, Jillian’s journey in food service began at a young age. Raised in a family where food and hospitality were central, she fondly recalls spending time in her grandmother’s pizza shop, where the smell of fresh dough and the joy of hands-on learning sparked her lifelong love for the industry. Over the years, her experience has expanded from working on an oyster farm to traveling internationally, visiting wineries in France, Spain, Austria, and Italy.

Jillian’s career trajectory is a testament to her dedication to the industry. She worked her way through the entire front of the house, from host to server to management. With extensive experience as a general manager and wine director, she eventually became the opening GM and wine director at the renowned Row 34. Later, she took on a leadership role as the Director of Operations, overseeing four locations. Jillian also gained valuable experience in the fast-casual sector, serving as District Manager for Tatte Bakery & Café.

In 2012, Jillian achieved a significant milestone in her career by becoming a certified sommelier, further honing her expertise in beverage management. Her diverse experiences, from leading teams to curating exceptional guest experiences, make her a perfect fit for the EFSG team, where she will be responsible for overseeing sales and customer engagement in the southern region.

Jillian was drawn to Elevate Food Service Group because of its commitment to elevating people, products, and their stories. She aligns with the company’s philosophy that hospitality is about continuously improving oneself and creating memorable experiences for others. “I connected with Mitch and the mindset that Elevate Food Service Group has about elevating the experience. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys outdoor activities, including running and yoga, and has a deep appreciation for art and creativity. Her extensive background and passion for the food service industry make her a dynamic addition to the EFSG team.
